I use the garlic seasoned rice vinegar in a kinda famous noodle salad:
Saute 1 cup of slivered onions and sliced celery and 3 T. sesame seeds in 3 T of olive or sesame oil.
Chop one head of green cabbage and dice green onions.
Toss nut/celery mixture with cabbage/onion mixture.
In jar,mix 1/4 cup oil, 1 t. salt, 2 T sugar, and 1/2 cup Rice Vinegar. Shake, shake shake and toss with salad!
Yum! Yum!

I'd love to learn how to cook more with rice vinegar... I'm trying to cut down sodium in my diet and my very favorite food in the world is Chinese (or sometimes Chinese take-out). High in sodium and MSG, ugh. I just became a fan on Facebook and will be checking out some recipes. Love the tip about mixing it with mayo and dijon, one of my favorite things to do as it is! :)
Have a great day :)
