Christmas Eve Cookies

My sister has a Christmas Eve tradition of making cookies.    She has been doing this since the boys were little.    I can't believe our sweet boys are teenagers now.   See the picture above?   They are almost as tall as the Christmas tree.

My sister makes giant batches of sugar and gingerbread cookies.     Everyone of us jumped in to start cutting out cookies.      I don't know how many pans of cookies we had.

But after they were all baked.... the fun began.     Decorating!!

While the kids were busy decorating, the adults jumped in and kept rolling out cookies.

And just for fun I decided to dress up my nephew as a snowman.    Why?   Because he decided to ditch us on making cookies and I had to do something to him!

That's a good family tradition.
