I didn't say anything to the boys since I thought it would feel better if I took some Motrin and drank some water. Wrong! By 9:00 I called my doctor and begged for an appointment. They said if I could be there in 10 minutes he could see me because he was about to leave for the day. Oh, boy, if you could have seen me you would have gotten quite the show. I had just gotten out of the shower so I literally grabbed on the first clothes I saw, threw my wet hair up into a headband and drove to the doctor's office.
When my doctor walked in he said, "Well, I know what your problem is. You are wearing a Mississippi State shirt! That would make anybody sick!" (My doctor and I are both Alabama fans.)
After an exam, I walked out knowing what I had suspected. Kidney stones. Miserable. Painful. Hideous. I walked out with prescriptions and instructions to go home and immediately change to a better shirt. Smile!
When I got home I got a notice that "I had been boo'ed!" Boy was that appropriate! But it was also sooo sweet. It came from Jenn at "I Hate Whine!"
So, since I can't give you any candy today. This is the next best thing!
BOO!
There... You've been boo'ed too!
Happy Halloween!

Yuck! I know how painful those nasty kidney stones can be, I had some a couple of months ago and it was worse than having either of my kids! Hope you can pass them quickly! Happy Halloween!

I read in Dr. Gott's column a few days ago that cherry juice will help to keep them from coming back. You may want to do some research on that.
Happy Halloween!
Poor thing. I can definitely relate. I had one after I had Addison. Not fun at all. Feel better!
Oh no, kidney stones! I hope you get some relief soon... :(
Best of luck with the Fibro...I was just diagnosed with it too, so I sympathize with you!

I am prayin for you ! I hope you feel better soon...
I have never had kidney stones. But, as a labor and delivery nurse, I have cared for women pregnant and pregnant with kidney stones. The latter would say the kidney stones were worse than the labor. I think I agree after caring for both. Hang in there!
Hope you're feeling better, Deanna! At least you have the weekend to rest up. Have a Happy-and restful-Halloween Weekend!
I hope you feel better and that you were able to enjoy some time with your boys. :)
Sounds painful! Hope you feel better soon.
