What A Great Day!


I am thinking today has all the makings of a really great day...

... We finally get to get rid of Little Guy's reading fair project. It has been taking up half the kitchen for a week now and I am so ready to say "Bye Bye" to it. I just pray that everything stays on it during the drive to school. Please. Please. Please. I have had nightmares about everything falling off!

... After dropping the boys off in carpool line, I am heading to my sister's house to help her out with the twins. That basically means I get to snuggle, hold and spoil them today. Woo hoo! I am giddy with excitement about getting some one on one time with them.

... On the way to my sister's house I am going to pick up Seattle Drip coffee for both of us. This is a RARE treat. Seattle Drip is my favorite and my drink of choice is "The Summit". However, I just can't justify that chunk of change out of my budget very often.

... Today is Donut Day! (Or as it is really called - Report Card Day.) But it is the one day every nine weeks when we take the boys to Krispy Kreme to get free donuts for their A's. It is a real treat because when you walk in the door they give the entire family one free hot donut. I figure one hot donut every nine weeks can't be too bad, can it?

AWWW give them twins lots of kisses... and I'm doing the doughnut's too since Addie got here report card on Tuesday... all "A" yeah!!!!

Oh, I remember those school projects. We still have a model of Jupiter hanging up on the wall in the basement, which The Wild One crafted in 3rd grade, I think. Thanks for sharing all the terrific details!
