OHHHH, HOW GREAT!!! I will try this on my exercise bike!!!

Just hiked Camelback Mountain yesterday and burned 1,000+ calories, then consumed a deluxe Mexican food dinner (probably one tamale had that many)

Sigh. Back to the drawing board (or maybe the diving board)!!!

Too funny! If I wasn't working so hard to avoid our treadmill altogether, I might try this, LOL! I am certainly not walking outdoors lately, so I should be on there. I'm taking the easy way out and playing some Wii Fit instead, hehehe!
