Stare!

Have you ever had to tell someone something that you saw?    Like seeing a really great movie concert?    Or even a bad accident and having to tell the police?      How good a job do you think you do?

I thought I had a pretty good memory until we started playing this game called STARE.    I found the junior version of the game after Christmas on sale so I bought it.     Players have 30 seconds to stare at an image on a card. It might be a movie poster, funny photo, a comic or a work of art.

When time is up, you are asked questions to test how well you remember what you saw.   How many glasses had straws?   Was the table round or square?    Was the dog looking left or right?

The game comes with 160 picture cards and we only went through about 25 in our first game.     The boys loved it and hubs and I felt like complete idiots for some of the answers that we couldn't answer!

Sounds fun, but don't know how good I'd be at it. I'm awesome at something like this about 50 percent of the time. I'm not sure where my brain is after that!

That sounds like fun! I think I would have been good at this game before I got pregnant with Midget. Now I would suck...

what a great memory booster! Our family has been hooked on Blokus. It's a total strategy game that even my 5-year-old can play. My parents got it for the girls for Christmas, and I saw it at Target the other day.
