Natchez Solution CRAZY!!!

After Donald and I got married one of the first things we wanted to buy was a dining room table so that we could have friends over. When we made our purchase the lady suggested that we use Natchez Solution to keep our table looking fresh and new for years to come. At the time we lived in a home that had real hardwood floors. They looked terrible so I tried it out on them. They looked amazing!! I was hooked.

This morning we have been cleaning and I have been Natchez Solution crazy. My kitchen table, my rocking chair, my front hallway..... love, love, love it!

If you haven't tried it... buy a bottle. You won't be sorry!! Back to cleaning before my boys discover me blogging instead of cleaning.

That is if you could ever get the product. It has been 7 months and I paid and never received the Natchez Solution.

I'm also waiting for my order. I placed the order and paid for it in July. Even after numerous emails and phone calls to them I've heard nothing. I notice they are still taking orders on their website, however. I don't care how good this stuff is, if the customer service stinks I won't order again. I'm posting this as anonymous because it wouldn't go through on my google account. My name is Lisa Harrison in Bountiful, Utah. 2bandgeeks@gmail.com.

I ordered this product on December 26. On December 28 they charged my credit card account. So far I haven't received the product. I didn't even receive an email notification from them. I've sent three emails and and have left two voicemail messages. No response. Maybe they're receiving more orders than they can handle, but they could still let the customer know. Even a "we're overwhelmed!" message on their website would suffice. I won't ever order from these people again. Their customer service--if you can call it that--is the worst I've ever seen. -Diane in West St. Paul, MN

I wish I would have read these comments before I ordered. They are completely non-responsive, and I'm considering reporting them to my credit card company.

I hate to hear you have had these problems. I have never ordered directly from the company. I have always bought locally from my hardware store. I hate that they are so bad at doing business when they have such a good product.

I posted the comment dated October 1, 2008. I had also posted a comment on another website. In that comment I wrote that I would be contacting the BBB in Mississippi if I didn't get a response from the company. I never received any from Bruce Owen in Brandon. However, I was contacted by Herbert Jordan, the president of Natchez Solution in Jackson. He told me that they make the product, but don't sell to the public. They leave that to distributors. He took my order information and I had the product within a week. I can only assume that all of us who have had problems with Natchez Solution have been ordering through the same distributor, Bruce Owen, in Brandon, MS. I will include Herbert Jordan's contact info. I'm sure he will be interested to hear that other people are having the same problems with the same distributor, and will be eager to rectify them.
Good luck, Lisa in Bountiful, UT

As a distributor of Natchez Solution, I'm disappointed when I hear that people have had problems receiving their Natchez Solution. It is a wonderful product which we use on the antique Asian furniture we sell. We like it so much, we started selling it to our customers.
The manufacturer does not sell directly to the public. The website "NatchezSolution.com" is not owned by the manufacture, it is owned by another distributor.
If you are interested in this product, we sell it on-line at http://www.SilkRoadCollection.com/000ns-natchez-solution-furniture-restoration.html.
