New Word: Habitual

The boys have a way of picking up a new word and saying it over and over again. Using it all the time. Lately the word of the day has been "habitual". That really didn't strike me as funny until I saw where one of the boys had written it on a piece of paper.

habitchual
Oh, boys! Where is the dictionary? I think you need to look up your new word.

Habitual is one of those funny-sounding words that feels funny to say, too, isn't it? Repeating it over and over could become a habit!

How cute! My youngest likes to say "exacTly" and really over-pronounce the T. So funny.
Thanks for visiting my bloggy home!

You're kids must be around my house when it's PMS time of the month! ;-) Sorry, couldn't resist. English is such a goofball language, isn't it? I mean, it should be spelled like that!
