I'm going to be honest. Even though most nights I get my coffee pot ready so that all I have to do is hit the "ON" button when I wake up in the morning, there are just some mornings when it just seems when that first cup doesn't pour out fast enough.
I am seriously considering giving myself a shower shock. A safe shower shock. With this bar of soap I found. It is called just that -- Shower Shock. It is a caffeinated soap and it was featured on Good Morning America. Each bar of soap contains 12 servings/showers and has 200 milligrams of caffeine per shower. I had no idea that caffeine could be absorbed through the skin, but it can!
From now on when I say that I am thinking about pouring my coffee over my head to wake myself up, I might not be kidding!

Hm... gotta get me some of that!
I've seen that before, but have never tried it. Let me know what you think.
I'm guessing you'll want to keep it away from the kids!
I'm trying to give up caffeine in the mornings - hasn't been easy, but I feel a lot better without it.
I didn't know it could be absorbed through your skin. Weird.
If you try it, let me know how it works! You and I are exactly the same about the coffee. I have it set so I just press "on" and then I stare at the pot for the next couple minutes until I can get a cup.
Who needs caffeinated soap when you can get it through an IV?? In my spare time, I've been working on it. Now I know a whole lot of ladies who would buy it. *heh heh*
I hate coffee!
